MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. Thank you for using the Mobile Money Services (“Services”) and any related Software (“Software”) provided by Susquehanna Community Bank (“Financial Institution”) combined with your handheld's text messaging capabilities. By participating in the Services or using the Software, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, in addition to any terms and conditions to which you have previously agreed with respect to the underlying electronic banking and billpay services of which the Service is a part. Financial Institution in its discretion may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Standard messaging charges apply.

MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. This agreement contains the terms that govern your use of the Mobicint Mobile Banking application services. You may use this service to access your accounts on a mobile device. By using Mobile Banking to access an account you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, which supplements the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at the time of Account opening. This also includes the standard Mobicint agreement and disclosure previously agreed to during your initial enrollment. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.
MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. FirstLight Federal Credit Union’s mobile banking refers generally to any service allowing a member to access their accounts from a cell phone or mobile device to include Text Banking & Alerts. The service allows you to view balances and track recent account activity for your accounts from your mobile device and receive alerts for which you have subscribed. Access to and use of Text Banking & Alerts service is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the service or information accessed via this service is strictly prohibited. You agree that when you use our Mobile Banking services, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all existing agreements. You acknowledge that certain wireless service providers and/or wireless carriers may assess fees, limitations, and/or restrictions that might impact your use of Mobile Banking. You expressly agree that you are responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions, and that we may contact you via your wireless device for any purpose concerning your accounts, including account servicing and collection purposes. You represent that you are the legal owner of the account and other financial information, which may be accessed via Mobile Banking. You represent and agree that all information you provide us in connection with Mobile Banking is accurate current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide such information to us for the purpose of operating Mobile Banking services. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or your account information. You agree to keep your account information confidential, up-to- date, and accurate. You agree to keep your financial information secure even when using mobile features that allow you to access your account information without the use of log-in credentials. Biometrics. Biometric technologies are used for consumer account authentication. A biometric identifier measures an individual’s unique physical characteristics and compares it to a stored digital template for authentication. A physical characteristic can be a thumbprint or iris pattern. A biometric identifier can be used as a single or multifactor process. The strength of biometrics is related to the uniqueness of the physical characteristic selected for verification. (d) The Board shall cause written notice to be given of any amendment to this Agreement to each Member, which notice shall set forth (i) the text of the proposed amendment or (ii) a summary thereof and a statement that the text of the amendment thereof will be furnished to any Member upon request.
