Customer-provided Devices. If T-Mobile is providing only lines of Service under this Addendum, Customer, and not T-Mobile, is solely responsible for procuring, maintaining, determining compatibility and operating the Body-Worn Solution. T-Mobile will not provide any technical or other support with respect to the Body-Worn Solution or the Customer provided Devices. Customer represents and warrants to T-Mobile that all Customer-provided Devices: (i) have an LTE connection; and (ii) are compatible with T- Mobile’s Service.

Customer-provided Devices. Prior to a Customer-provided Device start date, Customer will provide the Device brand name, model name, serial number, physical location information, asset number if applicable, IP address, host name, and current usage page counts. In addition, Customer will provide written confirmation that all such Devices are operable and in good working condition. If eligible for MPS, as solely determined by HP, HP will make reasonable efforts to utilize any Customer-provided Device in its current location. However, if HP reasonably determines that Customer-provided Devices should be relocated to a different location to meet the mutually agreed Design, Customer will assume all costs of moving such Customer-provided Device(s) to the location designated by the Design. If a Device is deemed ineligible for MPS and repairs must bring the device to a good operating condition for fleet eligibility, HP may provide parts and repairs at HP’s standard parts and service rates, per the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement pricing, and under separate agreement.

Customer-provided Devices. Customer agrees that it shall not add any equipment or devices to its WIN provided systems, other than the Equipment provided hereunder, without the prior written consent of WIN, which consent may be withheld in the reasonable discretion of WIN. WIN shall have no obligation to support such devices or any system design not installed and implemented by WIN. WIN reserves the right to determine what, if any, programming access Customer shall be provided to the phone system.

Customer-provided Devices. Upon the Customer-provided Device Start date, Customer will provide its model name, serial number, IP address, host name, and current usage page counts. Unless expressly mentioned in this Agreement, Customer- provided Devices shall be used in their current location. Any requirement for movement shall be managed as a Change Order.

Related to Customer-provided Devices

  • Customer-Provided Equipment Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.
