For the purpose of clarity, a phone system such as a Key-system (i.e. IP-Key-system, Analog Key-system, Digital Key-system or Hybrid key-system), a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) (aka IP-PBX) system, or any other voice application or appliance.

Phone System means the phone system acquired by the Debtor with funds provided by the New York City Department of Design and Construction pursuant to a Funding Agreement, dated July 25, 2013 (as amended).
