Customer Provided Equipment definition

Customer Provided Equipment means any equipment which is supplied by the Customer or its sub-contractors for use in connection with the Service;
Customer Provided Equipment means all equipment owned by Customer and set forth on Schedule 2 attached hereto that will be covered by the Services or, in the event Ricoh is providing the TRAC Solution to Customer, as set forth in the TRAC database as maintained by Ricoh. In the event of a conflict between Schedule 2 and any TRAC database maintained by Xxxxx xxxxxxxxx, the TRAC database shall control. All Customer-Provided Equipment shall remain the property of Customer, and Ricoh shall have no right, title or interest in or to the Customer-Provided Equipment.
Customer Provided Equipment or “CPE” shall mean software, hardware, or equipment purchased or supplied by Customer for the performance of the Services.

Customer Provided Equipment means components, including equipment and software, not provided by Motorola which may be required for use of the Products and Services.
