Common use of Customer Service Center Clause in Contracts

Customer Service Center. Throughout the Franchise term, the Grantee must maintain, at a minimum, one (1) customer service center conveniently located within five (5) miles of the Franchise Area which will be open during Normal Business Hours, to provide Subscribers the opportunity to receive and pick up Subscriber equipment and to make bill payments and complaints.
