Customer’s Business. Customer represents and warrants that Customer's services, products, materials, data, information and Customer Equipment used by Customer in connection with this Agreement as well as Customer's and its permitted customers' and users' use of the Internet Data Center Services (collectively, "CUSTOMER'S BUSINESS") does not as of the Installation Date, and will not during the term of this Agreement operate in any manner that would violate any applicable law or regulation.

Customer’s Business. Both during the Employment Period and for a period of one year after termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall not directly or indirectly: (a) solicit or contact any customer of the Organization by making use of any intellectual property of the Company, or (b) take away or interfere or attempt to interfere with any custom, trade, business or patronage of the Organization, or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee, agent or consultant of or to the Organization to do anything from which Executive is restricted by reason of this Agreement.
Customer’s Business. Customer represents and warrants that Customer’s services, products, materials, data, and information used by Customer in connection with this Agreement as well as Customer’s use of Services does not as of the Effective Date, and will not during the Term operate in any manner that would violate any applicable law or regulation.
Customer’s Business. Without limiting the generality of Section 4.1(a) above, Customer further covenants, represents and warrants that it is familiar with Law applicable to Customer’s Business and that, to the best of Customer’s knowledge, Customer’s Business does not as of the Commencement Date, and will not during the Term, violate any Law.
Customer’s Business. Customer understands that any transactions involving Customer’s goods or services which are processed through the Payment Processing Services pursuant to this Addendum (“Transactions”) are between Customer and its customer (the cardholder), and any issues relating to a Transaction are solely between Customer and the cardholder. Customer is solely responsible for all liabilities associated with Customer’s payment processing activity and use of the Payment Processing Services, including without limitation with respect to chargebacks, refunds, identity theft, fraud and any assessments or fees imposed by Stripe, a sponsor bank, the card networks or any third party. Customer is responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to the goods and services Customer provides to its cardholders and the payments Customer makes or receives, and it is Customer’s responsibility to collect, report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. Customer will comply with any and all applicable tax laws, including those in connection with Transactions.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operation, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others at or near the Premises or elsewhere on the Airport.

  • Ethical Business Practices The Contractor shall work in partnership with the State to ensure a successful and valuable contract, and ethical practices are required of State employees, Contractors, and all parties representing the Contractor. All work performed under this Contract will be subject to review by the Inspector General of the State of Florida, and any findings suggesting unethical business practices may be cause for termination or cancellation.
