Common use of Customizations Clause in Contracts

The following aspects of the Hosted Service and Integrated Service are not customizable: • The financial account categories used for classifying financial data in the Hosted Service (e.g., bank, investment, credit cards) • The Data Sources made available by Supplier for inclusion in the Hosted and Integrated Services. • The names of the categories and Data Sources. • The information retrieved from each Data Source.
