Cut-Off Times for Deposits. Deposits sent using Mobile Deposit may be “submitted” any time of day, weekend or holiday. However, deposits received by us after the daily cut-off time for electronic deposits will be deposited the next business day, provided that the deposit meets all requirements. Deposits submitted on holidays or weekends will also be deposited the next business day, provided it meets all requirements. The daily cut-off time for electronic deposits is 1:30 PM CST and is subject to change without notice to you.

If an image of an item you transmit through Mobile Deposit is received and accepted by Waterford on a business day prior to Waterford’s cut-off time, Xxxxxxxxx considers that business day to be the day of your deposit. However, deposits received by Waterford after the daily cut-off time for electronic deposits will be accepted for processing on the next business day, provided that the deposit meets all requirements for acceptance and successful processing. Deposits submitted on holidays or weekends will also be accepted for processing on the next business day, provided the deposit meets all requirements for acceptance and successful processing.

Deposits made after 6 PM Central Time on a business day will be considered deposited the next business day. Cut-Off Times for Deposits. Scanning and submitting Check Image deposits does not constitute receipt of the deposit by us. Generally, Check Image deposits that are received prior to 5:00 PM Central Time are processed on the business day of receipt. Any Check Image deposit received after this time or on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when we are closed will be processed on the next Business day we are open. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and as otherwise posted in our branches.
