CUTTING REQUIREMENTS. ("DBH" represents the diameter of the timber 4.5 feet above the ground):
CUTTING REQUIREMENTS. (“DBH” represents the diameter of the timber 4.5 feet above the ground):
a. Refer to attached timber sale bid advertisement for cutting requirements.
b. An approved wood preservative will be applied to all cut conifer stumps and horizontal wounds as described in section 35d.
c. All pine harvested from April 1 thru September 1 must be hauled within two weeks of being cut.
d. All locust stumps shall be sprayed with an approved herbicide within 30 minutes from cutting to prevent ▇▇▇▇▇ sprouting as described in section 35e.
CUTTING REQUIREMENTS. Only automated cutting machinery approved by Churchs Poultry Quality Assurance and U.S.D.A. may be used to cut Churchs poultry products prior to implementation. The pre-chilled chlorinated water used in the pre-wash stations on the automated machinery will have a temperature of 32 to 38 degrees F and have a maximum of 5 parts per million of chlorine present at the pre-wash station. Chlorinated water at each blade station shall be a maximum of 20 parts per million. Individual hand cut products (saw cut product) will only be acceptable from those plants which have yet to receive their automated cutting machinery.
CUTTING REQUIREMENTS. The Purchaser shall inform the Seller when cutting is started and ended for the season on the sale area.
