Daily Forecasts and Nominations. (a) Each Day, and for each Receipt Point at which the User receives Gas under this Agreement and any other agreement for the transportation of gas between ActewAGL and the User, the User must inform ActewAGL of its Gas requirements (Forecast Requirements) for the next Day (Nomination Day) under all such transportation agreements as follows:
