Confirmed Nomination definition

Confirmed Nomination means either a Confirmed Firm Nomination or Confirmed Interruptible Nomination.
Confirmed Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.4(c)(ii).
Confirmed Nomination or “Confirmed Quantity” means the final result of the Confirmation process and is the quantity of Gas stated in Dth, which has been determined as authorized to flow on a specified Gas Day at a specified Receipt Point or Delivery Point on behalf of a Shipper or Shippers. More specifically, the Confirmed Nomination or Confirmed Quantity is that quantity of Gas which Transporter has scheduled prior to the Day of Gas flow for Nominations other than Intra-Day Nominations, or on the Day of Gas flow for Intra-Day Nominations, to be (1) Delivered to the Shipper on a particular Day at a specified Delivery Point(s) or (2) transported for a Shipper on a particular Day from a specified Receipt Point(s) to a specified Delivery Point(s).

  • Any attempt to unilaterally change or modify the quantity of Marine Fuels to be delivered under the Marine Spot Fuels Agreement or Confirmed Nomination (as applicable) by a representative of the vessel prior to or during delivery shall be prohibited.

  • The terms and conditions of the Contract shall not be varied by the inclusion of a Buyer’s purchase order number in the Fuels Agreement or Confirmed Nomination, or by any terms and conditions that may be contained in any purchase order or other document issued by the Buyer.

  • The Agreement and each Confirmed Nomination may be executed in several counterparts, each of which is an original and all of which constitute one and the same instrument.

Confirmed Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.4(b)(ii) Confirmed Receipt Nomination means the amount of Gas that the Service Providers confirm, in accordance with clause 4.4 will be scheduled for receipt at a Receipt Point in respect of a Service, taking into account and, if the Service Providers consider appropriate, inclusive of the quantity of any Gas for correcting Imbalances and System Use Gas.
