Common use of Daily Rate of Pay Clause in Contracts

Daily Rate of Pay. In applying these provisions, a teacher's daily rate of pay shall be his/her basic daily wage at the time of resignation from the School District, as provided in the basic salary schedule for the basic school year and shall not include any additional compensation.
