Common use of Damaged or Lost Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Damaged or Lost Personal Property. Subject to the following provisions, claims for damaged or lost personal property of an employee shall, when such damage or loss results directly from the performance of work in the line of duty, be reimbursed. Such personal property must have been necessarily worn, used, or carried by the employee in order to adequately fulfill the duties and requirements of the job.
