Damaged Personal Property. Personal property, which is damaged in the line of duty, will be repaired or replaced by the College at no cost to the employee, except where such damage or loss was caused by the officer’s negligence. Such personal property shall be limited to, prescription glasses, contact lenses, dentures, and wristwatches. Damaged items shall be turned in to the College. The following rules will apply: $325 maximum per personal item damaged and a $650 maximum per incident. A report will accompany all requests for reimbursement under this Section.
