Common use of Damaged Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Damaged Personal Property. 39.01 Any items of personal property, including but not limited to watches, eyeglasses, contact lenses, or dentures, which are lost, stolen, or damaged in the performance of official duties, shall be reimbursed to the affected member of this bargaining unit at their current replacement cost, not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per incident. There shall be no requirement that an employee receive an injury in order to qualify under this section.
