Common use of Dangerous Jobs Clause in Contracts

Dangerous Jobs. The parties recognize and agree than in addition to the work situations detailed in paragraphs (a) and (b) above, there are other work situations which, from time to time, may be dangerous because of particular locations, conditions, or circumstances. Where an employee reasonably considers a particular work situation to be dangerous as defined under the provisions of the Canada Labour Code, Occupational Safety and Health, the employee shall report the circumstances to the immediate managerial representative and a member of the Safety Committee. The requirements for investigating a report shall be followed.
