Technical Field Representative. A worker who is able to perform all installation, reconnection and disconnection functions including wiring and drops from the tap to the customer’s terminal. They will be paid in 15 minute increments for all wiring work. TFRs will not perform service calls, construction, maintenance, apartment rewires, or prewiring. A TFR will be allowed to reconnect a disconnect in error, and troubleshoot and correct any wiring problems associated with their own installation work.
