DART Service Sample Clauses

DART Service. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DoubleClick hereby agrees to provide the DART Service to Compaq for the Web Site during the Term. Standard Ad Units placed on the Web Site by Compaq or DoubleClick shall be delivered exclusively by DoubleClick through the DART Service. Subject to the fees described in Article IV, DoubleClick agrees also to deliver through the DART Service those Beyond-the-Banner Arrangements as may be requested by Compaq. A description of the DART Service as of the date hereof is attached hereto as Exhibit B. (b) DoubleClick grants to Compaq the non-exclusive and non-transferable (except as permitted pursuant to Section 11.8) right to access and use the DART Service, which Compaq can access and use on DoubleClick's Web servers by means of a unique password issued by DoubleClick, and for the purposes of: (i) performing projections of Standard Ad Unit Impression inventories that might be available through the DART Service, (ii) uploading and storing Standard Ad Units for delivery by DoubleClick through the DART Service, (iii) selecting trafficking criteria for the delivery of Standard Ad Units to Users, and (iv) receiving reports of Standard Ad Units Impressions and other data related to the delivery of Standard Ad Units by the DART Service.

DART Service. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DoubleClick hereby agrees to provide the DART Service to AltaVista for the Web Site during the Term. Except for static Advertising that is hard-coded into certain pages of the Web Site, all other Advertising placed on the Web Site by AltaVista or DoubleClick shall be delivered exclusively by DoubleClick through the DART Service. A description of the DART Service as of the date hereof is attached hereto as Exhibit B. AltaVista shall not use any other third party ad delivery service for the delivery of Advertising. (b) DoubleClick grants to AltaVista the non-exclusive and non- transferable (except as permitted pursuant to Section 11.8) right to access and use the DART Service, which AltaVista can access and use on DoubleClick's Web servers by means of a unique password issued by DoubleClick, and for the purposes of: (i) performing projections of Advertising Impression inventories that might be available through the DART Service, (ii) uploading and storing Advertising for delivery by DoubleClick through the DART Service, (iii) selecting trafficking criteria for the delivery of Advertising to Users through the DART Service, and (iv) receiving reports of Advertising Impressions and other data related to the delivery of Advertising by the DART Service.

DART Service. The DART Service (the "Service") is a serviced provided by DoubleClick to Publishers for targeted and measured delivery of ad banners from DoubleClick's servers to the Web Sites set forth on the cover page of this Agreement ("Target Sites"). The ad banners are displayed to visitors ("Visitors") to the Target Sites based on criteria selected by You and Your Advertisers.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of ECI Usage Information to ECI pursuant to Section 8.3 of this Attachment; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 of this Attachment.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
