Data Archiving and Cleanup Policy. Blackboard will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Customer’s request for data archiving and cleanup. These tasks regularly require expert knowledge of Blackboard application and database structure and command- line access to Customer’s Blackboard servers under Blackboard’s control. Common types of data archiving and cleanup tasks that require database/application engineering expertise and command-line access to servers include (but are not limited to) the following: batch copying of courses for a new semester; batch export, import, and archive of courses; batch removal of courses; batch disabling or deleting of users; exporting usernames / courses from a database query. Blackboard will make reasonable efforts to perform up to four (4) data archiving and cleanup related tickets per Customer per year (the tasks can be grouped together as one support ticket to be addressed at once per semester or per quarter). After four (4) free services per year, Blackboard reserves the right to charge a flat fee of $1,000 per ticket created for data archiving and cleanup related tasks. If Customer requires Blackboard to batch archive data on to a hard-drive and ship to Customer, Blackboard will charge $300 for the cost of each of 320 GB hard-drive required. The hard-drive can be shipped back to Managed Hosting at the time of next task for reuse.

After three (3) no charge data archiving and cleanup related services per year, Transact reserves the right to charge a flat fee per ticket created for any additional data archiving and cleanup related tasks, at Transact’s then-current applicable rates. If Customer requires Transact to batch archive data on to a hard-drive and ship to Customer, Transact will charge an additional fee at its then-current applicable rate for the cost of each of 200 GB hard-drive required. The hard-drive may be shipped back to Transact at the time of next task for reuse.

  • Archiving and Reuse Self-Archiving: The Publisher permits the Rights Holder to archive the Contribution in accordance with the Publisher's guidelines, the current version of which is set out in the Appendix "Author's Self-Archiving Guidelines".

  • Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention An incident report shall be created and maintained at the AGENCY for the following: in the event the AGENCY’S staff or subcontractor becomes aware of an occurrence of any incident of injury to a client receiving program services through the COUNTY, requiring medical treatment by a licensed physician; any lawsuit entered into or against the AGENCY, all allegations of any kind of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of the AGENCY’S clients with the exception of those AGENCIES whose primary function is working with those that have been abused, neglected or exploited unless the allegation is against an AGENCY staff member; media coverage relating to the media expressing an interest in a case or issue concerning a client of the AGENCY or an employee on the AGENCY premises, a fire, hostage situation, bomb threat, epidemic or any circumstance which may impact the service provision. All occurrences shall be verbally communicated directly to COUNTY staff no later than 10:00 a.m. the following business day via telephone to the COUNTY. All incident reports shall be made available to the COUNTY upon request and maintained at the AGENCY. These reporting requirements shall in no way supersede the requirements for notification of allegations of abuse/neglect/exploitations to the State of Florida Abuse Hotline, as mandated in Chapter(s) 39 and 415, Florida Statutes.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Fraud Prevention A. To screen its employees and contractors to determine if they have been excluded from Medicare, Medicaid or any federal or state health care program. The Contractor agrees to search monthly the HHS-Office of Inspector General ("OIG") and Texas Health and Human Services Commission Office of Inspector General ("HHSC-OIG") List of Excluded Individuals/Entities ("LEIE") websites to capture exclusions and reinstatements that have occurred since the last search and to immediately report to HHSC-OIG any exclusion information the Contractor discovers. Exclusionary searches for prospective employees and contractors shall be performed prior to employment or contracting.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
