Data Back-Up Retention. The Contractor shall provide semi-annual data back-up retention as a part of semi-annual PM services. Two (2) BAS data back–up USB flash drives shall be turned over to the Electronic Systems Coordinator or DMR for each BAS. • One flash drive will be for storage within a secure area at the location. • The second flash drive shall be stored at the Facilities Management Administration office for a centralized back-up.
