Data Collection Plan. A data collection plan shall be prepared that documents consideration of all suggested data collection alternatives presented and any additional options as deemed necessary. In addition, the plan shall document the selected data collection methods, frequency and duration that will meet the objectives and Measurable Benefit set forth in this scope of work.

Data Collection Plan. This section intends to define the WP5 data collection plan where qualitative and quantitative research methods are implemented at different stages of the work package. The role of the multiple case studies internal testing is well connected with the external data collection process. The overall data collection will be stored in such a manner that all persons involved can retrieve the data from the system efficiently. Although there is no formal pilot case study planned, due to time constraints, the early case studies will be of limited scope compared to the later ones and be used in the project in much the same way a pilot would. During each case study, data on usage and satisfaction will be gathered both manually and automatically. The data collected will form the core data source for the system’s evaluation and evolution. The data collection for the specified six case studies relies on the following sources of evidence:

  • Data Collection and Reporting 1. Grantee shall develop and use a local reporting unit that will provide an assigned location for all clients served within the Hospital. This information shall also be entered into Client Assignment and Registration (CARE)when reporting on beds utilized at the Hospital.

  • DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS The goal of this task is to collect operational data from the project, to analyze that data for economic and environmental impacts, and to include the data and analysis in the Final Report. The Recipient shall: • Develop a data collection plan. • Troubleshoot any issues identified. • Collect at least six months of data, including: o Throughput, usage, and operations data o Normal operating hours, up time, down time, and explanations of variations o Feedstock supply summary o Maximum capacity of the new fuel production system in diesel gallon equivalents (DGE) and ordinary units o Gallons of gasoline and/or diesel fuel displaced (with associated mileage information), along with value converted into DGE o Record of wastes from production processes (wastewater, solid waste, criteria emissions, etc.) o Expected air emissions reduction, for example:  Non-methane hydrocarbons  Oxides of nitrogen  Non-methane hydrocarbons plus oxides of nitrogen  Particulate Matter  Formaldehyde o Duty cycle of the current fleet and the expected duty cycle of future vehicle acquisitions, if applicable o Specific jobs and economic development resulting from this project o Levelized cost of fuel and finished fuel price o Analysis of total facility costs, operation and maintenance costs, marginal abatement costs • Comply with the Petroleum Industry Information Reporting Act (PIIRA) and complete CEC Form M810E and CEC Form M13 on a monthly basis for submission to the California Energy Commission’s PIIRA Data Collection Unit. • Provide a written record of registering with the Low Carbon Fuel Standard and Renewable Fuel Standard programs. • Identify any current and planned use of renewable energy at the facility. • Describe any energy efficiency measures used in the facility that may exceed Title 24 standards in Part 6 of the California Code Regulations. • Provide data on potential job creation, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of expected future expansion. • Provide a quantified estimate of the project’s carbon intensity values or provide an Air Resources Board approved pathway carbon intensity. • Estimate annual life-cycle greenhouse gas emission reduction. • Compare any project performance and expectations provided in the proposal to Energy Commission with actual project performance and accomplishments. • Collect data, information, and analysis described above and include in the Final Report.

  • Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply:

  • Monthly Progress Report ‌ 2 Developer shall provide additional, separate, filtered reports of the Project activities and Work 3 elements based on the Monthly Progress Schedule with the Monthly Progress Report, including 4 the following:

  • Payment and Collection Your bill will be based on monthly meter readings provided to XOOM Energy by your NGDC. If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM Energy will adjust its bill to you upon your NGDC providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM Energy. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are not in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. Your first bill payment will be due to the NGDC on the date specified in the NGDC bill. If you do not pay it on time, you could be subject to interest and late charges imposed by the NGDC, and your service could be disconnected. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM Energy.   • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority’s Engineer.
