Data Management Methods. All identifiable data will be recorded in the research file and/or on a secure password-protected server by a member of the study staff. The original xxxxxxxx xxxx will be maintained on discs/hard drives in the investigators’ or research coordinators’ locked office. The de-identified xxxxxxxx xxxx and medical information will be placed on a secure password-protected website only accessible to Challengers who sign the legal contract and/or shared with Challengers via encrypted disc/hard drive. All samples will be de-identified prior to being shared with outside researchers or laboratories. Molecular data and interpretation submitted to the study staff by Challengers will be collected by study staff and recorded in the patient chart and/or on the secure password-protected server by the investigators, study coordinators, or another study staff member designated by the PI. The patient files are maintained in a secure room/file cabinet and are only accessible to study staff with CITI-training. All patient information, data and samples will be de-identified prior to being shared with non-staff members, except for referring clinicians and other individuals designated by the patient. At the completion of the study, participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer their identifiable samples, medical information and data to other researchers with an IRB-approved research protocol.
