Legal Contract. This is a legally binding contract. If you do not understand any part of this contract, seek competent legal advice before signing.
Legal Contract. The offer of a place and its acceptance by the Parents give rise to a legally binding contract on the terms of these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the individual Invictus International School - Student Contract entered into between the School, the individual student and his/her parents, for each year of enrolment whilst attending the School.
Legal Contract. The parties agree that those areas of agreement culminating in this Agreement, when subsequently ratified by the membership of B.E.A. and the Board, shall be binding as a legal contract between them.
Legal Contract. (a) This Agreement is a legal contract between you and us. You should only sign it if you are prepared to comply with your obligations set out in the agreement and your other legal obligations which are set out in Acts of Parliament and statutory instruments made under those Acts.
(b) If you do not understand anything in this Agreement you may want to ask for independent advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau or a Solicitor before you sign.
(c) This Agreement only contains details of what we agree to do as your landlord and what you agree to do as our tenant. Both you and we have other obligations and rights set out in Acts of Parliament and in regulations made by Ministers under those Acts. These statutory rights and obligations are not explained in this document but are set out in the RMBC’s Guide to Your Home that has been given to you.
(d) This Agreement creates a tenancy in respect of the Property. We are your Landlord and you are our tenant. The tenancy you will receive will be a Secure Tenancy if immediately before taking this tenancy you were a Secure Tenant of another Council property or an assured tenant of a housing association; otherwise the tenancy will be a Flexible Tenancy. The type of tenancy that is created by signing this document is mentioned above.
(e) Whatever tenancy you have the obligations on your part are the same. However your statutory rights may be different. These are explained in the Guide to Your Home.
Legal Contract. This Lease Agreement, once signed and accepted by Charlottesville Apartments, LLC, on behalf of the Property Owner, will be a legally binding contract and you will be bound by all of its terms and conditions, including rent payments, whether or not you subsequently move in, or move out of, the Residence. If you don’t understand any part of this Lease, you should seek competent advice before signing it. This Lease is modeled after the Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act and the University of Virginia Student’s

Legal Contract. This Lease is a binding legal contract and is binding on the parties to this Lease and their successors and permitted assigns. By signing this Lease, each Tenant (and each Guarantor, as applicable) is individually and jointly bound by all provisions of this Lease. By signing this Lease, each party to this Lease acknowledges that they have read and understand each and every provision in this Lease. This Lease supersedes any previous lease or contract between or among Landlord and the other parties to this Lease.
Legal Contract. Jointly or severally you are legally responsible for adhering to this Agreement. Nothing in this contract shall confer on any third party any right to enforce any benefit of any term of this contract under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.This legal contract is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Law.
Legal Contract. Submitted bids are rendered as a legal offer. The Contract resulting from this solicitation will consist of the following documents in order of preference: “Contract Between the OHCA and the Contractor” , including but not limited to the purchase order, contract modifications, certifications and change orders; The proposal submitted by the Contractor, along with the RFP and any RFP Amendments (including only the Bidder’s Questions which have led to a change in the project scope) shall be incorporated into the “Contract Between the OHCA and the Contractor” In the event there is a conflict between any of the preceding documents “Contract Between the OHCA and the Contractor” shall prevail.
Legal Contract. I acknowledge that this Participation Agreement that I am entering into represents a legal, valid, and binding contract between the Board and me.
