Data Set Characteristics. The stormwater data set was characterized by reviewing the representativeness of sampling locations and using the preliminary summary statistics and data plots to aid in the selection of an appropriate statistical method for data evaluation. Characteristics of the stormwater data set are listed below:  The sample population includes more than 50 outfalls, including both City and non-City outfalls.  Analytical stormwater discharge data collected at or near the end of the conveyance system is assumed to be representative of “basin” conditions.  Outfall sampling locations are spatially distributed throughout the Portland Harbor Study Area.  The number of individual storm events sampled at each outfall location is small (typically 3 to 5 samples per location).  Analytical results have a lower concentration bound of zero (i.e., no negative values).  Analytical results are censored (i.e., some concentration data are reported as below MRLs).  Some individual event concentrations appear high or extreme when compared to harborwide concentrations (i.e., possible outliers).   • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to Image Access via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (one hundred seventy-five (175) byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one (1) dataset per workday per OCN. If BellSouth determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, BellSouth may move the customer to CONNECT:Direct file delivery.

  • Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The Optional Daily Usage File will be distributed to <<customer_name>> via an agreed medium with CONNECT:Direct being the preferred transport method. The Daily Usage Feed will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the Daily Usage Feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN.

  • Additional Service Characteristics 3.12 The technical specification of the Bitstream 2a Service is set out in Appendix B.

  • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than June 2014.   • Meteorological Data Reporting Requirement (Applicable to wind generation facilities only) The wind generation facility shall, at a minimum, be required to provide the Transmission Provider with site-specific meteorological data including: • Temperature (degrees Fahrenheit) • Wind speed (meters/second) • Wind direction (degrees from True North) • Atmosphere pressure (hectopascals) • Forced outage data (wind turbine and MW unavailability)

  • Technical Characteristics The Participating Generator has provided to the CAISO in Schedule 1 the required information regarding the capacity and operating characteristics of each of the Generating Units listed in that schedule.
