Database Problems. If the condition is determined to be the result of corruption of the Licensed Software Product data base, and such corruption is not the direct result of the Product, the condition will be referred back to Customer for resolution. At Customer's request, and at Seller's option, Seller may prepare a proposal for billable corrective action to correct Customer's database. However, if corruption is the result of, or caused by another of Seller's Products, Seller shall initiate Problem Management regardless of whether such Licensed Software Product is covered under this Agreement.
