DATE AND PLACE OF PAYMENT. The Consideration payable by the Lessee to the Lessor under this Agreement will be paid in the installments indicated in the payment date column of the Payment Schedule under the heading “Payment Date”, free of and without any deduction or withholding whatsoever. Any other payments that the Lessee is required to pay under this Agreement will be made on the dates set forth in the applicable Payment Schedule. If this Agreement or the Lease Exhibits do not contemplate a payment date for an obligation of the Lessee, it must be made within 3 (three) Business Days following the occurrence of the event that gives rise to the obligation. If the day on which the Lessee is required to make payment of any Rent pursuant to this Agreement and its Lease Exhibits is not a Business Day, the Lessee shall make the respective payment on the immediately following Business Day. Any payment to be made by the Lessee to the Lessor will be made by check, deposit, or wire transfer of funds to the account of the Lessor, which is indicated in the Lease Exhibits under the heading “Deposit Account” and/or in the account or accounts that may be indicated by the Lessor and informed to the Lessee in writing, if applicable; by direct debit to a bank account in the name of the Lessee or, otherwise, at the address of the Lessor, without the need for prior notice.
