Common use of Date of Operation Clause in Contracts

Date of Operation. 2.1 This Agreement will commence operation 7 days after it is approved by the FWC and has a nominal expiry date of 1 November 2026. The Agreement will continue to apply beyond its nominal expiry date until it is terminated or replaced by another enterprise agreement.
