Common use of DATE OF OPERATION Clause in Contracts

DATE OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall come into operation from the 1 March 2005 and remain in force until 1 March 2006. The parties to this Agreement shall continuously monitor the application of the Agreement via a Consultative Committee.
