Dates and Times of Use. Please specify times of arrival and departure Times of access are 10.00 – 17.00, excluding weekends and public holidays. The building must be vacated (and cleared of all equipment) by 17.00
Dates and Times of Use. USER may use the PROPERTY to conduct the ACTIVITY as scheduled as use will be during normal business hours, and normally will not exceed days per week. This agreement will expire from the date of its execution unless renewed by the parties.

The NMHFM agrees to provide the facilities and services to Group provided for herein on the following dates and times: from on (“start time”) until on (“end time”) for an event scheduled to begin at on and end at on . Early arrivals and late departures must be arranged at least one week in advance with the Events Manager. There will be an additional charge for early arrival or late departure.
