Common use of Day of Rest Clause in Contracts

Day of Rest. When a Designated Paid Holiday coincides with an employee's day of rest, the Designated Paid Holiday shall be moved to the employee's first day following his day of rest. When a Designated Paid Holidayfor an employee is moved to another day under the provisions of Article 15.03:

Day of Rest.
