TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND. 1. The Employer shall make contributions to a training and scholarship trust fund known as the “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund” to cover employees covered by this Agreement who work more than two (2) days per week, with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees.

Effective January 1, 2020, the rate of contributions to the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Fund shall be $169.60 per year for each covered employee, payable when and how the Trustees determine.

Section 20.1 The Employer shall make contributions to a trust fund known as the “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund” to cover employees in Tier 1 Buildings as defined in Article 1 of this Agreement with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees.
