Days and Dates. Any reference herein to “day” or “days” shall mean calendar and not business days. If the date for giving of any notice required to be given hereunder or the performance of any obligation hereunder falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, then the notice or obligation may be given or performed on the next business day after such Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday.

Days and Dates. BUSINESS DAY: Any day that securities are traded on the New York Stock Exchange and Banks are open for business in Ireland. EARLY TERMINATION DATE: If this Agreement terminates on any day other than on the 31st day of December of a year, the date upon which this Agreement terminates.
Days and Dates. As used in this Agreement, “Business Day” shall be deemed to be any day other than a day on which banks in the State of Connecticut shall be permitted or required to close. If the final date of any period which is set out in any provision of this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday under the laws of the United States or the State of Connecticut, then the time of such period shall be extended to the next date which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.

  • Notice Periods The notice period (expressed in Working Days) to be given by the Customer in respect of Clause 38.1 shall be the number of whole days that is 20% of the total duration of the final SOW to be executed under this Contract, up to a maximum of 30 Working Days. Partial days shall be discounted in the calculation and the duration of the SOW shall be calculated in Working Days. For example, if the duration of the SOW is 10 Working Days: 20% of the SOW is 2 days. The Notice Period = 2 Working Days; or if the duration of the SOW is 62 Working Days, 20% of the SOW is 12.

  • Time of Day Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight savings or standard, as applicable).

  • Late Arrivals If you plan to arrive more than five (5) days after your Move-In Date, you must notify Student Housing and Community Services in writing. If you do not move into your accommodation within five (5) days of your Move-In Date, this Contract may be cancelled and your accommodation will be reassigned without further notice.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
