Common use of Days and Hours of Service Clause in Contracts

Days and Hours of Service. Contractor will provide such services Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, provided, however, that a return trip from a hospital or doctor’s office only will be provided by Contractor after 7:00 p.m. when the trip to the hospital or doctor’s office occurred before 6:30 p.m. the same day. Service will not be provided on the following holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November) and Christmas Day (December 25).
