Common use of Days of Grace Clause in Contracts

Days of Grace. The Borrower shall not claim from the Lenders any days of grace for the payment at maturity of any Bankers’ Acceptances presented and accepted by the Lenders pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Further, the Borrower waives any defence to payment which might otherwise exist if for any reason a Bankers’ Acceptance shall be held by any Lender in its own right at the maturity thereof.
