DAYS OF PERSONAL LEAVE PER YEAR. 11.5.1. Such personal leave shall be charged against accrued sick leave and is non-cumulative. A workday shall be divided in hours, timewise, insofar as the use of personal leave is concerned. The method of maintaining balances, accruing, and charging personal leave shall be the same as for sick leave.
