Days of Vacation Leave Per Year. 11.1.1 Paid vacation leave shall accrue for full-time twelve-month employees at the following rates: One – Five years of district service – 12 days of vacation Six – Fifteen years of district service – 15 days of vacation Sixteen – Twenty years of district service – 17 days of vacation Twenty-one and beyond – 20 days of vacation 11.1.2 Vacation leave shall be prorated for unit members employed less than full-time for twelve months on a proportionate basis based upon the number of hours the part-time employee is paid in comparison with a full-time twelve month employee.
