Days of Week. If any date for exercise of any right, giving of any notice, or performance of any provision of this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the time for performance will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Days of Week. If any date for performance herein falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, pursuant to the laws of the State, the time for such performance shall be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Days of Week. If the date upon which any act is to be performed or notice is to be delivered under this Lease shall fall upon a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such act or notice shall be timely if performed or delivered on the next business day.

In no event shall the Close of Escrow fall on a Friday unless the sales proceeds are received by Optionor on the same day.
Days of Week. Manager will work a variety of days on the floor, including approximately as many Saturdays and Sundays as subordinates. Manager will not have a regular specific day of the week that they cannot work.
