Common use of DB Component Clause in Contracts

DB Component. The Employer is required to and shall pay the full cost of the Defined Benefit Component. Employees shall have no (0%) contribution requirement toward the cost of the Defined Benefit Component at any time during the employee’s employment with the Employer. The Defined Benefit Component shall provide a 1.5% Benefit Multiplier. The DB component shall include the 55/25 Rider.
