Equipment Allowance. 39.1 The City will also arrange for purchase of uniforms on a fit-to-size basis. Each uniformed officer shall receive $90.00 per year for the purchase of job-related equipment (example: gloves, and other incidentals, etc.).
39.2 The City shall furnish officers all required equipment, to include flashlights and handcuffs. The recommended standards for required equipment and clothing shall be set by the Safety Committee and the Uniform Committee. However, the final decision will be left to the Chief of Police or the Chief’s designee.
39.3 Payment shall occur no later than the second pay day in August of each year.
Equipment Allowance. A. The employees listed below shall receive an equipment allowance in the amount specified. The employee must have been on the payroll prior to September 1st in the current school year in order to receive the full allowance. The annual allowance will be made available the first pay in September of each school year. Employees who were hired after September 1st, will receive their allowance within the first two months of employment based on the number of months worked. Group One: Bus mechanics shall receive allowance not to exceed $425.00 per year. Group Two: All maintenance employees and the mechanic helpers shall receive an allowance not to exceed $225 per year.
B. The intent of the equipment allowance is to provide funds to employees for the purpose of purchasing tools or related equipment of their trade or insuring tools of their trade, which are owned by the employee and brought into the job and used for the benefit of the school district. This equipment may be part of the qualifications for the job classification. Boots, shoes and clothing are not included in this reimbursement and are to be obtained through the uniform allowance. See Article
C. If an employee who has received the annual allowance, leaves employment with Berea City School District prior to the end of his/her contracted year, he/she will be required to have the pro- rata allowance for the part of the year he/she did not complete deducted from his/her final pay.
D. Any tools needed to perform the duties of the Communication Specialist position will be provided by the IT Department.
Equipment Allowance. Employees will be provided all police equipment required to be worn with the uniform and plain clothes assignments to carry out the duties of a police officer. Equipment will be the property of the School District but shall be maintained by the employees. Equipment damaged in the line of duty will be replaced by the School District. Employees who are approved to carry weapons by the District will be issued the following equipment or an allowance determined by the District to purchase such equipment:
00-0-0 Xxx Xxxxxxxx shall determine the make and/or models and calibers of semi-automatic handguns or other weapons for duty weapons for employees. All Employees will be issued a department semiautomatic handgun. Any Employee who wishes to purchase a semiautomatic handgun from the District’s approved list, to use as an on duty service weapon from the District’s approved list, may do so at his/her own expense. The Employee must provide ammunition if it is other than standard District issue, at the Employee’s own expense. Any handgun purchased by an Employee will also be maintained and repaired at the Employee’s cost.
Equipment Allowance. A) Sworn officers, CSOs, and civilian investigators required to maintain a uniform are paid an equipment allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) per pay period. The equipment allowance will be included within the paycheck for the pay period. Paid Reserve Officers do not qualify for an equipment allowance.
B) Paid Reserve Officers will be reimbursed for uniform dry cleaning charges up to fifty dollars ($50.00) per pay period. To qualify for reimbursement, the Paid Reserve Officer must submit a receipt for uniform dry cleaning. The dry cleaning reimbursement will be included with the Paid Reserve Officer’s paycheck following approval for payment.
Equipment Allowance. In addition to the clothing and equipment for Public Safety Officers described in the Public Safety Manual, the college will reimburse officers up to $200 per year or $400 every two (2) years for boots meeting the requirements described in the Public Safety manual. Clothing The College will continue the current practice of providing work clothing/uniforms to certain employees in areas selected by the college.

The allowance will be paid annually on the first paycheck in December. This allowance is intended to cover the costs associated with the purchase of items not provided as a part of the regular uniform and equipment provided by the City including items such as uniform boots or shoes, xxxxxxxx belt equipment, uniform sweaters and undershirts, etc.
Equipment Allowance. Effective January 1, 2018, Corrections Deputies will receive a two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollar equipment allowance each year. This will be payable in a lump sum in April for that calendar year. All requests for payment must be accompanied by receipts.
Equipment Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay an annual equipment allowance of one hundred ($100.00) dollars to each non-probationary Professional Employee, to be paid on the first pay period following June 1st of each year. Professional Employees shall be defined as: Aesthetician Hairstylist Muscle Therapist Reflexologist

Equipment Allowance. The Company will pay each Security Officer having seniority the sum of $50.00 per contract year, payable the second pay period in April of each year of the contract.
