Common use of DBE Goals Clause in Contracts

The Parties acknowledge that the Project is (or may be) funded with federal funds and the approved DBE participation goals for the Project are established as 23% of the Price allocable to Professional Services less the cost of Professional Services performed by Utility Owners and 14.5% of the Price allocable to Construction Work less the cost of Construction Work performed by Utility Owners.
