Subcontractor Reporting. If the total value of this contract may exceed $500,000, including all extension options, Contractor must track and report, on a quarterly basis, the amount spent with diverse small businesses. When this applies, Contractor will be provided free access to a portal for this purpose, and the requirement will continue as long as the contract is in effect.

Subcontractor Reporting. Contractor shall report payment information for all subcontractors and suppliers used under the Contract throughout the period of performance. Contractor shall complete and submit initial, interim and final Paid Summary Report(s) [form 734-2882] per the instructions included on the form (A&E, non-A&E and trade services follow “A&E Instructions”).The participation of a Certified Firm subcontractor will not be credited towards the prime Contractor’s Aspirational Target achievements until the amount being counted toward the target and any retainage held by the prime Contractor has been paid to the Certified Firm. A firm will not be eligible to participate as a Certified Firm on current or future Contracts if it is decertified by COBID.
Subcontractor Reporting. The Contractor will provide a list of all natural or artificial persons who are retained by the Contractor at the time of the Agreement’s execution and who are expected to perform work as subcontractors in connection with the Contractor’s work for the City. For any subcontractor proposed to be retained by the Contractor to perform work on the Agreement with the City, the Contractor must provide notice to the City within 30 days of retaining that subcontractor. If the Contractor fails to submit the required lists and notices, the City may, after 30 days’ written notice to the Contractor, take any action it deems necessary, including, without limitation, causing the suspension of any payments, until the required lists and notices are submitted. All documents submitted in compliance with this subsection shall be attached to this Agreement as “Exhibit .”
