Common use of Deadhead Clause in Contracts

Deadhead. Each employee who is covered by this Agreement, and who is required by the Company to ride Company equipment in deadhead manner will be paid the regular straight time hourly rated or all hours spent in riding such equipment except those employees covered under Article Section Section Wait Time
