Common use of Deadline Date Clause in Contracts

Deadline Date. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation regarding a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws, 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement concerning terms and conditions of teachers’ employment. Such negotiations shall begin at such times as established by P.E.R.C.
