Common use of Deadline Date Clause in Contracts

Deadline Date. At any time subsequent to December 15, 2026 but prior to January 1, 2027 either party may give written notice of its intention to terminate, alter or amend this Agreement. Meetings between the parties concerning such notice shall begin no later than twenty (20) days after such notification. In the event that no such notification is given, this Agreement shall automatically renew itself from year to year or until timely notice is given, as described above.
