Deadline Date. If the TIE has not occurred on or before the Deadline Date the Company shall make payment to the Purchaser as soon as reasonably practicable after the Deadline Date from Assets that remain lawfully available applying Clause 3(e) mutatis mutandis but with references to Dissolution Event being replaced with references to Deadline Date.
