Debit & EBT Card Processing Services; Availability of Terminals. If so indicated on the Merchant Application, Processor will process PIN debit Card transactions and EBT Card transactions. If Merchant accepts EBT Cards, the terms set forth on Schedule IV will apply. Processor or third party banks with which Processor has a relationship are members of certain PIN debit networks and are willing to sponsor Merchant as a participant in such debit networks. Debit networks may be added or removed from time to time. Processor does not warrant the continuing availability of any debit network or EBT network. Merchant will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that all point-of-sale devices and PIN pads will be available for use by the Cardholders for the Cardholders’ Card transactions and such devices and PIN pads will function in a reliable manner.

If you accept EBT Cards, the terms set forth on Schedule IV will apply. NPC, Member Bank or third party banks with which NPC or Member Bank have a relationship are members of certain Debit Networks and are willing to sponsor you as a participant in such Debit Networks. Debit Networks may be added or removed from time to time. Neither NPC nor Member Bank warrants the continuing availability of any Debit Network or EBT network. You agree to pay NPC the then current fees for any Debit Network or EBT Network added after the effective date of this Agreement. You hereby delegate to NPC and/or Member Bank the authority to decide to which Debit Network a given PIN-Debit Card transaction will be routed. You will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that all point-of-sale devices and PIN pads will be available for use by the Cardholders of each Card Organization, Debit Network and EBT network to which you are being provided access as set forth on the Merchant Application for the Cardholders’ Card transactions and such devices and PIN pads will function in a reliable manner.

A chargeback is like a returned check, it is expensive and time consuming. Read your Merchant Processing Agreement and these Rules closely and thoroughly. Shipping products overseas without a card present should be closely monitored. Merchant has little ability to prevent a chargeback in this type of situation. You should carefully reconcile sales tickets against deposits daily, particularly in the following situations: installation of new equipment, new downloads, adding new products to your terminal, power outages, change in your Merchant Account.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Availability of Services CBT agrees not to discontinue or refuse to provide any service provided or required hereunder other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or unless required by the Commission.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • Additional Accounting Services Ultimus shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Portfolio: (i) Provide monthly (or as frequently as may reasonably be requested by the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser) a set of financial statements for each Portfolio as described below, upon request of the Trust: Statement of Assets and Liabilities Statement of Operations Statement of Changes in Net Assets Security Purchases and Sales Journals Portfolio Holdings Reports (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Trust's semi-annual reports with the SEC on Form N-SAR; (C) the Trust's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) Ultimus' monitoring of the Trust's status as a regulated investment company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the Trust's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Fronting Fee and Documentary and Processing Charges Payable to L/C Issuer The Borrower shall pay directly to the L/C Issuer for its own account a fronting fee with respect to each Letter of Credit, at the rate per annum specified in the Fee Letter, computed on the daily amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit on a quarterly basis in arrears. Such fronting fee shall be due and payable on the tenth Business Day after the end of each March, June, September and December in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the Letter of Credit Expiration Date and thereafter on demand. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. In addition, the Borrower shall pay directly to the L/C Issuer for its own account the customary issuance, presentation, amendment and other processing fees, and other standard costs and charges, of the L/C Issuer relating to letters of credit as from time to time in effect. Such customary fees and standard costs and charges are due and payable on demand and are nonrefundable.

Such fronting fees shall be computed on a quarterly basis in arrears. Such fronting fees shall be due and payable on the tenth Business Day after the end of each March, June, September and December in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the Letter of Credit Expiration Date and thereafter on demand.
