Common use of Declaration of Policy Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Policy. The purpose of this grievance procedure is to provide an orderly process whereby the employees specified herein may equitably and expeditiously settle any grievance that may arise in the course of their employment, free from coercion, restraint, interference, discrimination or reprisal. The procedural provisions contained herein shall be liberally construed for the accomplishment of these objectives.
