Dedication of Easements. § 11.8.2 For Reimbursable Expenses the compensation shall be the expenses incurred by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants plus five percent (5%) of the expenses incurred.
Dedication of Easements. Easements containing the Trunkline Facilities shall be offered for dedication to DISTRICT in a form approved by DISTRICT.

Xxxxx joins in this agreement for the sole purpose of acknowledging that in exchange for the services it will receive from the project and the County’s agreement to provide the funding set forth herein, it has agreeed to provide utility easements to the City and/or McAdenville, at no additional costs, across property owned by Pharr or its subsidiaries as shown on Exhibit B for the construction and maintenance of the Project, including those easements necessary for the extension of the project as provided in paragraph 4 above.

Dedication of Easements. The parties intend that certain of the Public Improvements may be located on easements dedicated to the City, in order that the City and the Association may have concurrent rights in such areas, such that the City, upon the occurrence of a default by the Association in fulfilling its maintenance obligations after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the default, will have the right (in addition to any other rights the City may have under applicable codes and regulations) to enter upon the easement area and perform the necessary work. The areas in question may include, without limitation, landscape easement areas adjacent to rights-of-way and retention/detention easement areas. By virtue of the easement rights held by the City, the City will have the authority to enforce its remedies set forth in Section 11.2.
Dedication of Easements. IPTLH shall, upon the request of LCRDA, join with LCRDA in executing and delivering such documents, from time to time and during the Term of this Ground Sublease as may be necessary or required by governmental agencies, public utilities and utility companies for the purpose of granting and dedicating easements for streets, water, sewer, drainage, gas, power lines and other easements and dedications in and on the Property reasonably necessary for LCRDA’s construction of improvements thereon.
