DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY. A. The Board agrees to deduct from employees' salaries membership dues and assessments for the Administrators and Supervisors of Carroll County, Carroll County Education Association, the Maryland State Education Association, and the National Education Association as said employees individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct by means of an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies to the Association semi-monthly.
