Deemed Resignation. A team member shall be deemed to have resigned on the date upon which leave pursuant to Clauses 21.1, 21.2, 21.3, or 21.7 commenced unless they advised the Company of their intent to return to work one (1) month prior to the expiration of the leave taken pursuant to Article 21 - Maternity, Parental and Pre-Adoption Leave or Clause 20.16 or if they do not return to work after having given such advice.
